Returns & Refunds
We are pleased to accept return requests within 3 days of receiving your order within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The original packaging and labels must be intact and free from any damage or alteration.
- A purchase invoice or order number must be provided.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your request and issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product and its condition upon receipt.
In such cases, Sola Naturals will cover all shipping and logistics costs, and we will ly arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping Fees
- Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in standard return cases.
- Sola Naturals will cover all shipping and related costs if the issue is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
Important Notes
Notice: For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
- Gifts and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All components of bundled offers must be returned together.
- We reserve the right to refuse return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
